A BILL to amend article nine, chapter sixty-four of the
code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred
thirty-one, as amended, by adding thereto a new
section, designated section eight, relating to
authorizing the board of examiners of psychologists
to promulgate a legislative rule relating to qualifications for licensure as a psychologist or school psychologist.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article nine, chapter sixty-four of the code of
West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as
amended, be amended by adding thereto a new section,
designated section eight, to read as follows:
ARTICLE 9. AUTHORIZATION FOR MISCELLANEOUS AGENCIES AND
BOARDS TO PROMULGATE LEGISLATIVE RULES.
§64-9-8. Board of examiners of psychologists.
The legislative rule filed in the state register on
the thirtieth day of August, one thousand nine hundred
ninety-six, under the authority of section six, article
twenty-one, chapter thirty, of this code, modified by the
board of examiners of psychologists
to meet the
objections of the legislative rule-making review
committee and refiled in the state register on the
twenty-eighth\ day of February, one thousand nine hundred
ninety-seven, relating to the board of examiners of
psychologists
(qualifications for licensure as a
psychologist or school psychologist
, 17 CSR 3), is
authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Board of Examiners of Psychologists
to promulgate a
legislative rule relating to Qualifications for Licensure
as a Psychologist or School Psychologist
